The Samwaies Trust are delighted to announce that the Ripon Civic Society have awarded a 'Commended ' certificate in the category 'Best Restored Building ' for the restoration of The Samwaies Hall.

 

Hatha Yoga - Mixed Ability   Every Thursday 9.30 am - 10.45 am.

A friendly relaxed Yoga class that has been running for around 4 years designed for all levels including beginners. A typical class begins with a period of ’settling in’ connecting with the breath followed by warm-ups to prepare the body for the physical practice often working our way to a main pose. We then start to relax and unwind ready for Savasana. Yoga can help improve balance, strength and stability of the body and you will hopefully leave the class feeling calmer and more energised. All equipment is provided for you.
